Lover
RAFW Summer/Spring 2011-2012
I found it beautiful, delicate, so wearable and simply pure romance! It made me really wish to have visited Australia during the RAFW 2011, to be at the Sydney Opera House and witness the presentation of this impeccable collection. This label was launched in 2001 by designers Susien Chong and Nic Briand. This year they are celebrating a 10 year anniversary! They enjoy an international 'underground/cult' following, having built the brand in a slow and steady way. After five years of absence, for this collection they worked with a combination of sweet white lace and the very seductive red lace. A Lover item seems timeless, so, here I am, from now on, a Lover girl very happy to have found them and looking forward to experience their clothes for real although that may mean lots of traveling because it seems that they ship only in Australia.
